Scheduling
All morning and afternoon sessions should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a spot.
Same-day morning sessions are possible, space-permitting, if reserved via text or call* by 5:15 am. Same-day afternoon sessions are possible, space-permitting, if reserved via text or call* by 10:00 am.
Morning cancellations must be made by 5:15 am, and afternoon cancellations must be made by 10:00 am, day of. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged.

Weather
Here at OUTSIDE, we operate year round—rain, hail, sleet, or snow (and sunshine, of course!). In the event of severe weather with dangerous conditions, i.e. heavy snowfall, we will let you know via text or phone call if the session is cancelled.
On very hot summer days, active play time will be minimized, although your dog will have the same window of opportunity to play off-leash and socialize with other members of the pack (just in shadier areas!).
With this in mind, please leave a towel or wipes by the door to ensure that your pup is properly dried off in the event of wet weather.
Payments
All payments are due Friday for regular clients who reserve multiple sessions. Payments for same-day reservations are due at time of pick up or drop off. A $10 fee will be incurred on late payments.
OUTSIDE accepts payments via cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
Vaccinations
For the safety of both your dog and the rest of the pack, new clients must provide a copy of their dog’s most up-to-date vaccination records. Longtime clients will be requested to provide an updated vaccination record in the spring of every year.
This includes: rabies, parvo, distemper (also known as DA2P shot), and bordetella.
